“Both my wife and I have been extremely fortunate and grateful to have found the dental clinic of Dr. Charlie and Dr. Ute Collins. We are ‘old’ and have many dentists in our lifetimes; from Hawaii to the East Coast, and points in between, including a few in California. Without reservation, I can say that you won’t find any better dentist than Drs. Charlie and Ute Collins. They are exceptionally competent. My wife and I are in awe of their excellence in every facet of the dental care that we have needed. However, their excellence is only part of the reason why their clinic is a godsend; albeit, a big part. They are both so charming, so nice, so genuinely friendly and hospitable, that you will feel very welcome. I have never ever experienced a single feeling of discomfort or pain. Quite the opposite. They have to wake me up. Clinic spaces are networked efficiently and operate all functions with the newest and best software and displays, including X-rays. My wife has always been the ‘classic chicken’ when it comes to dental visits. Not with this clinic. She actually likes going and adores the dentists and the staff. Every member of their staff, including the reception, scheduling, billing, dental techs (assistants), and hygienists are similarly outstanding in all respects. Each of the staff whose job involves working on your mouth, does so with precision, and a gentle touch; and always with a smile. You cannot move five feet in any direction, or sit in any chair, without a heartfelt greeting with a broad smile. The care and attention from everyone is authentic and warms my heart.
